• Once in the shopping cart you may make changes to quantity and/or sizes. Be sure to always click the ‘Update’ button if any changes are made.
• Be sure to always print your order confirmation. We will also follow up with a more detailed e-mail listing the items purchased. If you were successful in processing the order and received a confirmation page, but did not receive an order confirmation e-mail, we may have had a problem with your e-mail address. SHIPPING & HANDLING

Most orders received Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Standard Delivery
Orders shipped Standard service should be delivered within 4 to 7 business days to most areas.

$50.01 - $100 = $6.95
$100.01 - $150 = $6.95
$150.01 - $250 = $7.95
$250.01 - $350 = $7.95
$350.01 and over = $8.95

Express Delivery
Orders shipped Express Service are delivered within 1 business day by 3:00 p.m. to most areas. Order must be placed before 2:00PM EST for Express Service delivery. To determine Express Delivery rates, simply add $19.95 to the Standard shipping charge. Express delivery is limited in select areas. 2nd Day Delivery
Orders shipped 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2 business days to most areas. Order must be placed before 2:00PM EST for 2nd Day Service delivery. To determine 2nd Day Delivery rates, simply add $14.95 to the Standard shipping charge. 2nd Day delivery is limited in select areas. 3-Day Priority
Orders shipped 3 Day Service are delivered within 3 business days to most areas. Order must be placed before 2:00PM EST for 3-Day Priority Service. To determine 3-Day Priority rates, simply add $2.95 to the Standard shipping charge.

Address Verification
Please note Sofi’s Closet Ltd. Co. reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information prior to shipping if the billing address of the customer does not match the billing address on the credit card used. If the customer is unable to verify the correct billing address, name and/or phone number for the billing address we reserve the right not to ship the merchandise or process the order. We provide this service as a further protection and security for our customers.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND INFORMATION

Gift - Wrapping
Make their gifts even more spectacular by sending it wrapped. Gift-wrapping is available for only $3.00 per gift. We do not offer girt-wrapping on oversized boxes. Please note gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable.

Payment Method
At this time we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER as our preferred methods of payment. For your added convenience we will be including additional credit card companies in the near future. Sales tax is not charged except on applicable items shipped within the state of Florida.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

WE OFFER A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact. If the item was received as a gift we will issue a store credit to the recipient as long as the request for credit is received within 30 days of the original purchase. Please be sure to follow the return procedures in order to ensure proper credit for returned merchandise.
